Tennent Brown are extremely excited to say that the Living Pa for Victoria University, our most sustainable project ever, has been approved by their council to proceed to construction!
It has been a journey to design and document a full 7 Petal Living Building Challenge project (living certification), on a tight site in Wellington. There are only 30 certified 7 Petal LBC projects in the world currently and this is going to be another on that list.
