Ewan represented Tennent Brown at this half day summit at Parliament held on Tuesday. Hosted by Minister Jan Tinetti, the summit brought leaders together from across all Accord signatory practices as part of our commitment to be held accountable to diversity and inclusion efforts. Leaders discussed achievements and challenges and what more we can all be doing to make architecture and engineering professions accessible and attractive to all people. We're very excited and passionate to be a part of this movement which is driving a real change in behaviour and striving to achieve a truly diverse industry. A pretty poignant statement was made at the summit - "It's important to acknowledge who's in the room, but it's even more important to acknowledge who's not in the room today." Well said!
