COVID-19 RESPONSE

Following the NZ Government announcement of NZ moving to Alert Level 3 in relation to the Covid-19 pandemic, we wish to advise all of our clients, consultants, contractors, and wider community that we have enacted the following measures.
We have been working from home since today. We note that we have a Virtual Server which is cloud based, which means that all of our staff are able to work on our drawing packages from any computer in any location that has an internet connection. We have had this system for four years now and we are all proficient at working remotely.
We are set-up to maintain communications with all of you either via skype, zoom, Microsoft Team, as well as phone and email. We will not be holding face-to-face meetings whilst we are at Level three or higher.
We have protocols in place to ensure that we are able to continue with our project site observations, albeit in new ways.
We have suspended all air travel for work at present.
We will continue to follow the advice issued from the Ministry of Health, and will be closing our office for the next four weeks as instructed. However we will all be working from home, and are well positioned to maintain project service and delivery.
We appreciate that all businesses are facing the same challenges, and we also know that it is critical that we continue to maintain business operations, and we are confident that together we will all rise to this challenge.
