Tennent+Brown have been working on the WAP2 projects of 1-3 The Terrace (15 stories), Pastoral House (18 stories) and Mayfair House (16 stories). Tennent+Brown are doing a base build upgrade of these buildings for government tenants. This involves installing new lift shafts, partial re-cladding, roofing works, seismic works, new entry configurations and extensive consultant and fit out coordination.

Further to these projects we have just won a significant project to build 2 new office buildings on precinct land behind the parliamentary complex.
